Safe and financially protected

We comply with British Standard 8848.  This means we work to the highest health and safety standards backed up by our comprehensive safety management system. As a member of both ATOL & The Travel Trust Association we offer 100% financial security.

Financial Security - Book with confidence



With everything that has been going on in the world recently we understand that financial security is more important than ever. At True North we have taken the decision to give you complete peace of mind by being a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA) - A reliable and well established association with over 450 members. Unlike other consumer protection schemes with the TTA your money is retained in a trust account and can only be released by independent trustees to pay suppliers and service providers (that are also protected) in relation to YOUR trip. When you book a trip with True North you will also receive a "Stand Alone Safe Seat Guarantee Certificate" confirming you are protected by the scheme. The trust account is set up with the TTA and their Trustees in True North Travel's name and funds are only released to us when you return from your trip.  Below is an illustration as to how the trust account operates. This financial protection in conjunction with our Booking Pledge  and flexible payment terms provides the assurances you need before booking a trip in these uncertain times. For those who have a package including flights, you will also be covered under our ATOL (ATOL No. 12017)

Life Cycle

Step 1.
Your payments directly deposited in to True North Travel's Trust account.
Step 2.
The trust account is controlled by independent trustees who can only release money related to your booking and directly to the service provider.
Step 3.
You travel and have an amazing time. 
Your payments are released to suppliers and True North Travel. In the unlikely event that either we or a supplier fails along the way -  steps 1 & 2 guarantee your money is protected by the Travel Trust association.

Skiing is an Education

It's certainly taught us a thing or two...

A highlight in the school calendar, for many the school ski trip is the first introduction to the sport and the additional skills you learn along the way.
