As a business ourselves we know how important these trips can be, therefore we always have a senior member of our team accompanying your group to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

Simple, efficient planning

Our process is simple - We don't want to take your valuable time away from your own business, therefore we have constructed a framework of delivery into 3 steps

Consultation & sign off

Identifying the objectives, delegate base, wish-lists and service elements. Using our experience and networks we will deliver suitable options in an inclusive format to share with colleagues, stakeholders and decisions makers - All you then need to do is decide!

Launch & pre-departure planning

We'll create a Trip page for your group where they can view the trip details, ask questions and sign up. We'll then use the platform to collect all the pre-departure information so you can get on with your day job.

Active Delivery

We will provide True North team members in resort to ensure the smooth running of your trip.

CDC Performance - Taking it to a higher level

We work with CDC performance who offer world class ski coaching from ex professional ski racers. We have witnessed first hand what a difference high quality tuition from their rockstar coaches makes! CDC is run by Chemmy Alcott & Dougie Crawford, both elite athletes supported by a team of remarkable coaches.

Chelski, Hemel Hempstead, The Snow Dome - The UK has some great facilities throughout the country. If you want to give your clients and staff a slightly different day out, this is a cost effective and fun way to engage with your stakeholders and can be combined with many other elements depending on the location chosen. Previous days we have organised have included - Arrival Pastries & refreshments, 2 hours skiing with tips and coaching from Chemmy, Dougie & the CDC team, test centre equipment supplied by Salomon, end of session aperitifs & mountain munchies.
